Hey y’all,
Welcome to my pre-trip, during-trip (is that how you’d say it) and post-trip blog. It is here that I’ll be posting my musings about my aventuras en Argentina (adventures in Argentina). I will be posting in English and in Spanish and with hopefully lots of cool pictures!
If you’re a super sleuth or even just remotely observant you may have noticed that my username is “dora la exploradora.” This is because my Spanish nerd desires are finally coming true! Over the past many years of my spanish-speaking career in the good ol’ Estados Unidos I’ve driven many of my friends a little bit bonkers with my propensity to ask them to speak to me in Spanish or my hyperactive hand-raising in class. Now I can satisfy my inner Latina from another life. Take that middle school Spanish class, ya buncha loafers! Just kidding. Anyways, I am so excited to share my adventures with you my virtual buddies and I hope you get a little something out of it like I’m sure I will.

Hola mis amigos!
Bienvenidos a mi blog de mi pre-viaje, durante mi viaje y despues de mi viaje. En este lugar, voy a poner mis sentimientos de mis aventuras en Argentina. Voy a escribir en ingles y en espanol y tambien con muchas fotos!
Si eres un detective super o simplemente un observador, tal vez te des cuenta de que mi nombre en mi blog es “dora la exploradora.” Esto es porque mis deseos cerebritos se hacen realidades finalmente. Durante los anos pasados de mi carrera de hablar en espanol en los EE UU se he molestado a mis amigos con mi tendencia a les piden a hablar conmigo en espanol o cuando yo levanto mi mano en una manera hiperactiva en clase. Ahora, puedo satisfecer mi latina interior de una otra vida. De todas formas, estoy emocionada compartir mis aventuras con ustedes mis amigos virtuales y espero que beneficies de la experiencia como estoy seguro que ire.
